Standards for Excellence LogoThe Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO) is excited to announce a new version of the Standards for Excellence® program for 2015. This is the first major update to the program.

The Standards for Excellence is the premier ethics and accountability program for the nonprofit sector. The program is national in scope and PANO is licensed to offer the program in Pennsylvania. The program offers a variety of resources to strengthen nonprofit governance and operations and improve accountability to the public as well as donor confidence.

PANO wants to make this event celebrative, fun and a “learning” event with presentations on the new code and an extended presentation covering one of the new components of the code: “Strategic Partnerships.” There will be time for group interaction and networking.

You can register now for the June 4, Central PA event at Free Standards for Excellence 2.0 Event – Central PA. The event is hosted by WITF.

PANO is grateful to the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey for hosting the program.

Sponsors include PNC Institutional Asset Management and Laura Solomon and Associates.

Laura will be presenting along with Tish Mogan and Anne Gingerich from PANO.

Join with nonprofits across Pennsylvania in promoting ethics and accountability for our sector. See Free Standards for Excellence 2.0 Roll Out Event for an outline of where the events will take place throughout PA. Please share with your networks in other parts of PA.
