The income from this unrestricted endowment fund of the Mechanicsburg Area Community Foundation, a Regional Foundation of The Foundation for Enhancing Communities, shall be distributed on an annual basis specifically to charitable programs and projects at the discretion of the Mechanicsburg Area Community Foundation Advisory Committee, ratified by the The Foundation for Enhancing Communities Board of Directors.
