Regional Foundation: Perry County Community Foundation
The fund was established in 2017 as a fund of The Perry County Community Foundation by the Newport Lions Club in memory of Lou Morgan. He ran the ice cream booth at the Newport Lions Club Carnival for 25 years. He served in every office of the club over the years and was an outstanding member overall. Mr. Morgan remembered the club in his will which established the endowment fund to benefit the Newport Lion Club's charitable giving.
