Nonprofit leaders and stakeholders serving Perry County are invited to attend a special listening session hosted by The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC), Partnership for Better Health and United Way of the Capital Region. This collaborative event will take place on Thursday, April 3, from 1:30–3:00 p.m. at the Penn State Extension office at 8 South Carlisle Street in New Bloomfield.
This listening session fosters open dialogue, identifies strengths and opportunities within the local nonprofit network, and discusses ways to improve collaboration across organizations.
“Our goal is to better understand the unique needs and successes of Perry County nonprofits,” said Caitlin Cluck, director of community investment at TFEC, “Listening directly to local organizations allows us to identify what’s working and uncover opportunities for improvement. By collaborating, we can better serve the entire community.”
Light refreshments will be provided. Nonprofits and community leaders are asked to RSVP by April 1.
