Friday, September 8, 2023 | 1:00 pm Shotgun Start | The Bear Trace at Harrison Bay
Putters with Purpose is a charity golf outing benefitting both
the Parkinson’s Foundation Tennessee and Kentucky Chapter and Upstream’s Pillars with Purpose.
Benchmark Physical Therapy and Results Physiotherapy are a part of the Upstream Rehabilitation family of care.
Benchmark and Results Account Managers decided they wanted to do more for others in their community and thus was born “Putters with Purpose”.
Supporting this outing means you are choosing to support multiple efforts benefitting Parkinson’s patients in the greater Chattanooga area and ongoing support for additional Upstream charitable endeavors.
