Criteria
- Graduating high school seniors from Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry and York counties
- Participation in some sort of activity/activities to improve the school/community climate for LGBTQ+ people
- Applicants who are students of color, transgender, or children of LGBTQ+ parents are especially encouraged to apply
- Financial need
