- Graduating seniors of Harrisburg High School, Cougar Academy, Harrisburg Virtual Learning Academy, and Sci-Tech High
- Plans to attend a four-year college or university
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
- Extracurricular activities and community service
- Financial need

Renewability
This scholarship will automatically renew for up to eight semesters (four years) provided the student maintains a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
