Criteria
- Student should represent a minority group or be female
- Resident of Dauphin, Cumberland or Perry County
- Attendance at a four-year, two-year college, university or trade school
- Major in construction or a related field such as: business, trade careers, engineering, architecture, interior design
- Extra consideration will be given to students with a 3.0 GPA or higher
- Financial need
- Supplemental documents. This may include a resume, letter(s) of recommendation, transcript, FAFSA Student Aid Report (SAR), or other scholarship-specific documents. Specific requirements are noted in the application.
Essay
Write a 300-word essay discussing why you have an interest in a career in construction and why you
are deserving of this scholarship.
Renewability
Recipients of this scholarship may apply again for up to 3 consecutive years. Students must submit a full application but may be prompted to complete a different essay.
