In memory of Pottsville attorney Lee Adams, his family established this scholarship fund in 1991 for the salutatorian of the Williams Valley School District.

This scholarship is a restricted scholarship and has no application. The recipient of this scholarship is selected by a predetermined set a criteria that was created by the donor(s) that established this scholarship.
