Criteria
- Serious interest in classical music and display exceptional ability and/or creativity
- Must apply for financial aid from the school you plan to attend
- Financial need
- Must maintain a permanent residence in one of the following counties in central Pennsylvania: Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Snyder, or York
- Must attend or plan to attend an accredited post-secondary institution of higher learning
- Essay
- Supplemental documents. This may include a resume, letter(s) of recommendation, transcript, FAFSA Student Aid Report (SAR), or other scholarship-specific documents. This includes recordings/videos not exceeding 20 minutes of your compositions and/or performances. Specific requirements are noted in the application.
NOTE: Finalists will be notified by early April and will be required to attend a live audition in early May / June in Harrisburg. A short interview may follow the audition. Directions and parking instructions will be mailed with audition invitations.

Renewability
Recipients of this scholarship may apply again. Students must submit a full application but may be prompted to complete a different essay.
