York Rotary Foundation provides financial support for the academic success of York students seeking higher education. Thanks to the generous support of Club members, York Rotary Scholarships have been established to reward the academic success, community service, and student determination of York residents attending college, university, trade, or technical school.

York Rotary Foundation offers 11 specific named scholarships within this opportunity, please be sure to review the individual criteria for each. Some individual-named scholarships might have different essays or information that is required.

Criteria

Scholarship applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria:

  1. Graduating high school seniors or recent graduates of a high school/college students within York County (dependent on individual scholarships) OR adult learners living in York County who are pursuing higher education or training later in life.
  2. For some scholarships, preference will be given to residents of the City of York
  3. Financial need
  4. Additional criteria for named awards click here
