HARRISBURG, PA — The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC) is pleased to announce the addition of Teresa Gonzalez as a Community Investment Associate to the team and that Sharon Bass has been promoted to Controller.
Teresa joined the TFEC team as a Community Investment Associate in June 2023. Teresa brings more than 30 years of nonprofit experience to TFEC. Through her nonprofit work, she has extensive experience in membership, grants and event management and has dedicated over 12 years of service to ending violence against women. She currently serves as a volunteer for the Lower Paxton Township Arts Council.
Sharon Bass was promoted to Controller from her previous position as the Financial Services Associate on September 20, 2023. In her new role, Sharon will work very closely with the Chief Financial Officer and learn all aspects of this position. Sharon will assist in accomplishing the day-to-day activities which allow the Foundation to meet all fiduciary responsibilities. Sharon will also supervise the Assistant Controller.
